Free storage period starts from the day your first package arrives at our warehouse.
Storage period will be renewed once your package is shipped.

Item cost must be prepaid. If the item is sold out, the amount will be kept in your balance.
NO Refund— if an item sells out, the amount stays as store credit for your next order.

Offline Proxy Purchase
- ₩5,000 / every ₩20,000 (Minimum purchase: ₩120,000)
Walk-in & Queueing Service
- ₩15,000 per hour
(travel time, queueing time, and purchasing time included)
Minimum purchase amount: ₩120,000
For special events, pop-up stores, limited releases, and high-demand collaborations, waiting times may vary significantly.
Requests may be accepted or declined based on schedule availability and expected queue conditions.
Additional Warehouse Usage
- After 30 days: ₩2,000 / day (per tracking number)
Charged after the free 30-day period.
Please check your free storage ending date.
Maximum storage period: 60days
Items not requested for shipment within 60 days may be discarded.
Pick-Up Service
- ₩1,000 / tracking number
Unboxing Video
- ₩2,000 / tracking number

Inclusion Service
- ₩500 ~ ₩1,000 / item (album) — by quantity
1–10 items: ₩1,000 each
11–30 items: ₩800 each
31+ items: ₩500 each
Vacuum Packing
- S: ₩5,000 (T-shirts, light clothes, small plushies)
- M: ₩6,000 (hoodies, medium plushies, blankets)
- L: ₩7,000 (jackets, multiple bulky items)
Each fee applies per order number.
Additional ₩2,000 per extra vacuum bag may apply depending on volume & quantity.
Recommended for saving space in your shipping box.

Items will be shipped directly to the address you provide.
No inspection, storage, or repackaging service.
We are not responsible for issues during delivery (damage, loss, etc.).
